We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once purchased. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at picknpay0909@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all sales are final, items such as sale items, gift cards, custom products, and personal care goods are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where the product is proven to be defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will notify you once the claim has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
